Let’s officially work together.  We will need to complete some industry standard paperwork and together we will set some expectations to ensure this process fits into your busy schedule.

I get to work searching for your future home by using a number of different avenues to ensure the right property is found.  My service includes all communications with sales agents, handling the first viewings of all properties and sending you through the details.

When a property is found that I know will be of interest I will arrange an inspection or provide a video tour, as well as provide you  with additional information that won’t be on the sales brochure.

There are a number of steps to ensure all contract conditions are met and the property is smoothly settled.  I can arrange and attend to all these requirements, continuing to work right through until you have the keys.
